THE STRUCTURE
OF OUR ESTIMATES
We tailor our estimates to your parameters and work with the entire project team. Project controls, scheduling, project management, construction management and procurement are factors we consider when creating a product that is usable by all parties.
With regards to the project definition and parameters, the majority of the content will be established or provided in the initial project team meeting. It will include a list of drawings, specifications, maps, and any estimate supporting documentation provided by the project team.
Our estimate outline provides a high level scope of what will be estimated and how the cost information will be laid out in the estimate. The purpose of the estimate outline is to give the entire project team a chance to review and request changes on what will be provided and how it will be presented.
We create our estimates in a format where actual cost can be tracked against various categories and level of details. Our objective is to create an estimate that the project team will utilize throughout the construction/life cycle of the project.

Starting as a Project Manager, he grew to become a Senior Project Manager, a Senior Estimator, a Vice President for Project Management and Estimating, and now an owner for a company of his creation. With 20 years of experience under his belt, Philip El Turk is a competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy business man capable of taking on any project you have.
